Delete your ScoreShor account

You can delete your ScoreShor account and personal data at any time.

In the app

• Open ScoreShor and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
• Enter your password and confirm.

Your account is deactivated at once and you are signed out. Your profile is no longer shown to other players.

Without the app

Email scoreshorapp@gmail.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my ScoreShor account”. Include your SHOR ID or handle if you know it.

What is deleted

• Your name, handle, email, mobile number, date of birth, gender and profile photo.
• Your notification tokens, friends list, SHOR points balance and saved items.

We permanently erase this personal data within 30 days of your request.

What we keep

• Match scores and tournament results you took part in stay in the records of those matches, shown without your personal details.
• Market order records may be kept for up to 3 years where the law requires it for accounts and tax.
