SCORE SHOR

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

ScoreShor ("we", "us") runs the ScoreShor app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, call logs or payment card details, and the app has no advertising or third-party analytics.

Camera and photos

The camera is used only when you scan a match QR code or take a court photo. QR scans are not stored. Photos are uploaded only when you choose to add them.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

What other players see

Your name, handle, SHOR ID, photo and sports results are visible to other players. Your email, mobile number and date of birth are never shown to them.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run ScoreShor, or when the law requires it:

Security

All data travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Passwords are stored only in hashed form, and access to our systems is restricted.

Keeping your data

We keep your information while your account is active. Match results stay part of the records of the matches you played.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Your account is deactivated at once and you are signed out. To have your personal information permanently erased, email scoreshorapp@gmail.com and we will do it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. Full steps, including deleting without the app: https://scoreshor.barodaweb.org/delete-account

Children

ScoreShor is not meant for children under 13 without a parent's consent.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
